Born in Blacksburg, she was the widow of Donald Edward Flynn Sr. and the daughter of the late Charles Love and Margaret Love. Surviving Mrs. Flynn are a son, Dr. Patrick Flynn, of the home, a daughter, Laura Cheek, of Newnan, GA, and six grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Flynn was preceded in death by a brother, C.W. Love. Services for Mrs. Flynn will be private. JERRY RAY DOVER Jerry Ray Dover, 84, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on November 21, 2021. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Jess and John Edith Crawford Dover and was preceded in death by 4 brothers; Jimmy, Jackie, Johnny, and Donald Dover and a sister, Joyce McIntyre; and a great grandchild. Mr. Dover served our country in the U.S. Army. Doc was born Wednesday, December 4, 1929 in Caroleen, NC to the late Archie Wyatt and Lucy Hammett Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt served our country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara L. Wyatt; his daughter, Barbara Ann Vickers; a grandson; three brothers, William Wyatt, Ray "Squeaky" Wyatt and Earl Wyatt.
