Brian was born Monday, September 5, 1977 in Rutherford County to the late Junior Ruff and Sue Skinner Ruff. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sherri Crawford and a brother, Kevin Tallent. He is survived by his chil- dren, Marina Ruff, Skye Ruff, grandchildren. Carl Edward Hamrick, Jr., 65, of Blacksburg, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Born in Gaffney, he was the son of the late Carl Edward Hamrick Sr. and Winona Moss Hamrick. Bob was born Sunday, September 2, 1945 in Burnsville, NC to the late Lewis Green and Hettie Gurley Greene. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Houser Greene; siblings, Charles Greene, Ray Greene, Jack Greene, John Greene, Mildred Boone, Faye Hughes and May Willis. He is survived by his daughter, Carole Brooks of Ellenboro; son, Matt Greene (Deana) of Marion; six grand- children and six great-grand- children. The funeral service was held November 1, 2021 at Big Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Paul Scott and Reverend Jim Richardson officiating. Interment follow in the church cemetery. MANDY JANE CHILDERS GUNN Mandy Jane Childers Gunn, 98, of Gaffney, SC, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of Andy Gunn Sr. and the daughter of the late John Pinkney Childers and Gracie Bolin Childers. Mrs. Gunn is survived by one daughter, Joyce Gunn Green; one son, Andy Gunn Jr. (Sherrie); five grandchil- dren; and two great-grand- children. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Paul Eugene Gunn; a son-in-law, Randy Green; and eight siblings.
