The Daily Star, Oneonta, N.Y., Friday, October 29, 2021 20 By Dana Simpson TV Media No place like 'Home': Fans of sibling rivalry and home renovations have rea- son to be excited this month as Season 6 of "Property Brothers: Forever Home" is debuting Wednesday, Nov. 3, on HGTV. Well known and respected for their creative minds, de- sign prowess and heart- warming interpersonal skills, Vancouver-born brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott have taken the home and garden channel — and some would argue, the world — by storm. Having debuted their self-branded premiere show, "Property Brothers," on W network in their "home and native land" in 2011, it wasn't long before HGTV came calling and several spi- noff shows were released bearing their collective name. "Property Brothers: Forev- er Home," just one of the 11 series to their credit already, features couples who are do- ing their best to set down roots in their current homes but who just don't feel 100% comfortable with the way their house is now. Whether that means adding more space for future children or turning the yard into a suit- able outdoor living space, there is always something to be done and the Scotts are there to help. Last season, the brothers helped a family with mobility issues by levelling out the floors of the L.A.-based mu- sician's home, they helped a long-distance couple to unite not just in body but in décor as well, and they turned a budding family's "starter home" into — you guessed it — their "forever home" by levelling out their uneven floors, remodeling their out- dated kitchen and injecting a bit of the family's personality into the once fixer-upper. Needless to say, it's always an exciting challenge when the Property Brothers are called in. realtalk Jonathan and Drew Scott from "Property Brothers: Forever Home" B/The Pine Shop 6x7.5 Oreck Vacuum Sales and Service.
