Born in Cleveland County, on December 28, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Patrick Charles Osborne and Martha Roberts Osborne. She is survived by her husband, Dewey Clayton Cook; two children, Monica Mooney and husband, Keith of Morganton and Ron Greene and wife, Kim of Glen Alpine; a sister, Lena Moore of Franklinton, NC; and five grandchildren. The funeral service was held October 4, 2021 at St. Paul Baptist Church with the Revs. Keith Fulbright and Michael Shumate officiating. The burial followed in the church cemetery. RITA JOYCE LANCASTER Rita Joyce Lancaster, age 65 of Mooresboro, NC, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 30, 2021. She is survived by three sisters, Elizabeth Moore and husband Wayne of Shelby, NC, Mary Owens of Shelby, NC, and Becky Fox and hus- band Phil of Mooresboro, NC. DAVID WILLIAM GRAHAM David William Graham, 58, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away sudden- ly on October 3, 2021 in Monetta, SC. He was born in Baltimore, MD, son of the late Hugh Clinton Graham and was preceded in death by his brother, Clinton Orr Graham. He is survived by his mother, Estelle Charlene Graham, Kings Mountain, NC; son, David Christopher Graham, Shelby, NC and his mother, Kayla Mote; and a grandson. Funeral service was held October 6, 2021 at Allen Memorial Baptist Church with Reverend Reese English officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. ELIZABETH ANN GOSSETT BURGESS Elizabeth "Libby" Ann Gossett Burgess passed away on September 27, 2021 at her home in Asheville at age 62. She is survived by her husband, Christopher Burgess of Asheville, daugh- ter, April Burgess-Johnson and wife Willow of Asheville; and son Shane Burgess of Spindale; two grandchil- dren; her mother, Agnes Gossett; sisters: Frieda Conner, Dianne Cogdell, Angie Pearson and broth- ers: JC "Clevie" Gossett and Charles Gossett all reside in Mooresboro. She was preceded in death by her father, JC Gossett and brother, Michael Gossett. A small private graveside service for the family was held at Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, her step- mother, Annie Lee Ross, a brother, Stephen Ross, and a stepsister, Eleanor Lee. She is survived by her husband, Andre Davis; two daughters: Mrs. Amy Hamilton (Chadwick) and Emily Davis, both of Shelby, NC; her sister, Angela Jeter of Shelby; five grandchildren; a sister in-Law, Peggy Ross; and two brothers-in-law, Wayne Davis (Cassandra) and Bertram Davis. HARVEY LEE FULLER Mr. Harvey Lee Fuller departed this life on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at his residence. He was born on October 9, 1943 in Rutherford, NC to the late Robert Lawrence Fuller and the late Laura McDuffie Fuller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Annie Mae Fuller; his sisters, Earlene Weaver, Cornell Stringer, Annie Pearl Fuller and Lillie Pearl Fuller and two broth- ers, Robert Nathaniel Fuller and Willie Wilson.
