He was the son of the late Rev. Charlie and Ellen Smith Murray, in addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Murray, and a brother-in-law, Arnold Hubbard. He is survived by his son, Wesley Murray and his wife, Melissa, of Sunshine; fian- ce, Mary Black of Sunshine; his sisters, Malena Tate and her husband, Carl, and Elaine Hubbard, all of Sunshine; Freida Goforth and her husband, Johnny of Rutherfordton; and his sis- ter-in-law, Carolyn Murray of Bostic. Born in Gaffney, he was formerly married to Summer Ruppe Williams of Blacksburg and the son of Roger Dale Green and Marie Williams Hughey and the step-son of Sandy Green and Steven Hughey. Surviving are two sons, Joshua Williams and Jordon Williams, both of Gaffney; a daughter, Hannah Williams of Gaffney; a brother, Steven Hughey (Lauren Echols) of Gaffney; three sis- ters, Mindy Hughey (Ralph Glenn) of Gaffney, Roxie Harris (Jeremy) of Kings Mountain and Amanda Poteat (Douglas) of Kings Mountain; paternal grand- mother; and a companion, Dawn Haulbrooks. Mr. Williams was preceded death by a paternal grand- father and maternal grand- parents. She married Orous Hayes Husky, Sr. in Milwaukee, WI on June 23, 1951. He pre- ceded her in death. She was born to James Thomas Allender and Vera Fay Finger on December 10, 1935, in Embarrass, WI. She is survived by her five children: Rachel Parmater (Frank), Rebecca Husky, Orous Husky, Jr., Loretta Cozart (William), and James Husky; one sister, Marion Elizabeth Allender Wood; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two step- great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings William Henry Humphrey, Oscar Robert Allender, Dorothy Fredabelle Allender Boone, and Alice Faye Allender McGinnis. Born in Cleveland, NC, She was daughter of the late Thomas Leroy and Floice DOROTHY FAYE ROSS McCLAIN Dorothy Faye "Doris" Ross McClain, 76, of Kingstown, NC passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021. She was born on July 16, 1945 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Eddie Ross and the late Dorinda Jones Ross. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, J. P. Ross, J.W. Ross, Randolph Ross, Rudolph Ross, Robert Lee Ross and Woodrow Ross and sisters, Minnie Mae Montgomery, Margaret Ann Starnes, Sally Ann McClain and Annie Roach. She is survived by her broth- er, Bobby Ross (Barbara); her fiancée, Gerry Durham; brother-in-laws, Rick Starnes and Perry Huskey; and a sis- ter-in-law, Sylvia Ross. Lowery, age 47, of Mooresboro, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Kelly was born Friday, March 29, 1974 in Cleveland County to Michael Kelly Lowery and the late Sandra McBee Lowery. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; paternal grandparents and paternal grandfather. She is survived by her father, Michael Kelly Lowery of Henrietta; son, Christian Lowery and daughter, Miracle Brown; sister, Angie Lowery of Mooresboro; brother, Michael Lowery of Henrietta.
