Kunda got into her profession more than six years ago. "I have always
worked in customer service because I love helping others," she said. "In
real estate, I am constantly making new friends and I love making homes
better one address at a time." Her advice to others is that "having a strong,
supportive base to fall back on is paramount. Real estate is a fickle industry
that ebbs and flows."

Kasten has been in sales and marketing for more than 30 years and arts
management for more than five years. "What I especially love about working
at the Venice Symphony is that we are providing unique musical experiences
