Aeppli entered the beauty industry 35 years ago. She got involved
because she loves making people feel happy and good about
themselves. "This is still what I love most about my industry," she said. To
young professionals, she says, "You must be passionate about people.
Get into a salon or spa where you can grow with like-minded people and
never, never, never stop learning."
Beauregard entered her profession 12 years ago. It was a natural progression
because previously she worked in the financial services industry. She wanted
to broaden her work experiences. Of her industry, she said, "Everything seems
to be heading toward increased technology and not as much face-to-face, i.e.,
Zoom calls and phone calls. I enjoy my face-to-face interaction with my clients,
referral sources."
Britton entered the non-profit sector and became director of
development in 2017. "Being able to work in a profession where I feel
like I am making a positive impact on our community is incredibly
rewarding," she said. "I love sharing our mission with people and getting
them involved so they can also make a di erence and feel that same joy
that I do." Britton advises young professionals to "Find your passion."

Bradway became licensed as a sales associate in 1976 and earned her Broker's
license in 1983. "I've seen many changes over the last 45 years and change
will always be part of real estate because there's always so many factors –
the economy, pandemics, politics and more. Realtors must keep up with the
times. I remember when the biggest change was going from books to an MLS
system and (now) technology is playing a huge part in this profession."
