He was born on August 4, 1973 in Cleveland County to the late Charles Ramseur, Sr. and the late Linda Parrish Ramseur. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter. He is survived by his children, Veronica Stroud, La'Nique Stroud, Rakisha Stroud and Cedric Ramseur all of Shelby; two brothers, Calvin Ramseur and Charles Ramseur, Jr. (Kimberly) both of Shelby; one sister, Twyla Johnson (Mike) of Jacksonville, NC; and four grandchildren. The funeral service was held August 13, 2021 at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel. Rodney was the son of the late Samuel Whitey Goins and Martha Raye Newton Goins and was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Goins, and a sister, Marilyn Goins. JOHN HENDERSON GOLD John Henderson Gold, age 57, of Shelby, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. CHARLES ROBERT LOWERY Charles Robert Lowery, age 81, of Forest City, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021. Charles was born Wednesday, June 12, 1940 in Rutherford County to the late Paul Stanley Lowery and Lona Olema Toms Lowery. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Jane Lowery and a brother, Johnny William Lowery. He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn Pritchard (Troy) and son, Barry C. Lowery both of Forest City; brothers, Paul Ray Lowery (Glenda) of Mooresboro and Joe Dean Lowery (Joyce) of Caroleen; three grandchil- dren and two great-grand- children. She was born April 30, 1947, in Cleveland County to the late John and Rosa Lee Short Anderson. Mrs. Morrison was pre- ceded in death by her son, Donald "Donnie" Eugene Greason; and five brothers, Albert, Claude, Kenneth, Ronnie, and Johnny Anderson. She is survived by her husband, Dale Morrison; sons, Kenny Greason and Brian Greason (Kim); sis- ter, Linda Caldwell; and four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Webber; father, Eugene Webber, Sr., mother, Lillie Mae Webber; two sisters, Edna Thompson and Lucinda Webber; and two brothers-in- law, George Thompson and Joe Louis Crosby. He is survived by two daughters, Pamela Webber and Tonya Arrington (Timothy) of Shelby, NC, four grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; and a sister- in-law, Dorothy Crosby of Baltimore, MD.
