AUGUST 2021 HOME 3 The Metropolitan Builders Association says it is ecstatic to welcome individuals back in person to its flagship event, the longest-running builder parade in the nation. The annual Parade of Homes, presented by Nonn's, is open Aug. 14 through Labor Day. The parade features the top builders in Southeast Wisconsin showcasing their most spectacular and imaginative work. Explore new model homes — designed, built, decorated and staged for all attending the event. A lot has changed since the parade first kicked off 75 years ago, but the MBA says its enthusiasm for featuring prominent home builders hasn't changed. The 2021 Parade of Homes pays tribute to its history with a look forward to more years. At this year's Parade of Homes, you'll have the opportunity to tour 15 exclusive homes from 14 top builders across two pre- mier subdivisions. In the Town of Lisbon, you'll find the Hill- side Ridge subdivision, conveniently locat- ed near parks, baseball fields, soccer fields, playgrounds, hiking and cross-country ski- ing trails, and more. The Swan View Farms subdivision, in the City of Pewaukee, offers a wealth of nearby recreational experi- ences, including outstanding golf courses, hiking trails, shopping and dining. Both locations are family-friendly and beautiful. Every home is built by a member of the Metropolitan Builders Association, the premier industry organization for home builders and contractors in Southeast Wisconsin. The MBA says it carefully vets its mem- bers to ensure quality workmanship and outstanding service. When you build or ren- ovate your home with an MBA member, the MBA says "that you're working with the best of the best." Explore new floor plans and layouts, try out the latest home technology and see television-worthy interior decorating first- hand.
