B-4 Wednesday, August 4, 2021 The Press-Dispatch Three Charger sophomores win at the 2024 Distinxion Black Pike Central had three sophomores play in the gold bracket of the End-of-Summer Shootout at the Pacers Athlet- ic Facility. Chase Ridao, Julian Gish and Quade Morton fin- ished out their A AU season with the team Distinxion, go- ing 4-0 last weekend. Quade Morton led the team with 25 points in their first game, along with shooting the game winner in their semi-fi- nal game. Julian Gish scored 29 points in the second. Coach Hunter Elliott said, "All three boys played for 2024 Distinxion Black this summer and all three have put in a lot of time improving their skills and playing high-level compe- tition.
