This position is responsible for inspecting high-quality
finished goods utilizing a CMM machine or appropriate
hand measurement tools. The CMM Programmer / Quality
Technician will also provide guidance and innovative
ideas related to programming, GD&T and fulfillment of all
components necessary for assemblies and fixtures, and
maintaining proper calibration of gauges and equipment.
A High School Diploma or equivalent education plus 3 years
minimum of related work experience in manufacturing is
required, working knowledge of GD&T principles and their
relation to inspection is also required. Proficiency in PC-DMIS
CMM Programming, is preferred but will train the
right individual.
