Bobby was born Thursday, June 3, 1937, in Cleveland County to the late Robert Jefferson Lovelace and Clara Byars Lovelace. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Parker; two brothers and two sisters. Those left to cherish his memory include is his wife, Teresa Moore Lovelace; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; son- in-law, Michael Parker of Henrietta; five sisters, Cat Deaton of Mooresboro, Lillie Mullinax (Melvin) of Gaffney, Pat Lovelace of Mooresboro, Debbie Hyink (Richard) of Jacksonville, FL, Jean Godfrey (Randall) of Chesnee; and a brother, Jimmy Lovelace (Karen) of Marvin H. Porter and wife Francis Robinson. Janice is survived by her husband, Allen Lane; one son, Allen "Junior" Lane Jr. and wife, Angie Helms Lane; two daughters, Regina Ann Lane and Kimberly Dawn Lane; three sisters: Martha, Nancy, Phyllis, and Brenda; and four grandchildren and one great grandson. Funeral service was held July 2, 2021 in the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Tim McCarn officiat- ing. Burial followed in Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery. Cecil M. Born in Cleveland County, on February 2, 1928, he was a son of the late William Wray Dedmon and Ezma Ethel Roberts Dedmon. Mr. Dedmon served our country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Ned Dedmon and sister, Francis Morgan. He is survived by his wife, Naomi Smith Dedmon; two sons, Philip Dedmon and wife, Terrie of Shelby and Mark Dedmon of Fallston; daughter, Rebecca Dedmon of Belwood; sister, Carolyn Hambright of Grover; and four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Born in Clear Lake, IA on November 22, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Francis Drake and Verna Keifer Drake. Judith served our country in the U.S. Army. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Darrell Whitesides. Survivors include two sons, Wayne Whitesides and wife, Betty of Lincolnton and Roy Whitesides of Shelby; one brother, Randy Drake of Virginia; one sister, Patricia Werstin of California; and two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was born on August 13, 1939 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Roy Thomas and the late Rosabell Wright Thomas. In addition to her par- ents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Willie Brooks; a daughter, Cynthia Brooks; sisters, Rev. Rosalee Brooks, Jennie Mae Howell, Elizabeth Jones and Bonnie Lou Tate; brothers, Jay Thomas, Gene Thomas, Grady Thomas, Joe Thomas and Emmit Thomas. She leaves to cherish fond memories of her to her daughter, Shelia Ann Brooks (Perry); a "special daugh- ter", Willieann Chambers; step-son, Leonard Huskey; a sister, Marie Poston; two grandchildren. Fred was born Monday, May 10, 1943, in Rutherford County to the late Henry King Bailey and Una Bridges Bailey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Emogene Hamrick and Rachel McKinney; and a brother Bobby Bailey. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Ina Faye Sisk Bailey; sons, Michael Bailey of Bostic and Tim Bailey of Mooresboro; brother, Palmer Bailey (Frances) of Ellenboro; and sister, Sally Mann (Jack) of Gastonia.
