Which is a per- fect me to evaluate how your year is going. Take some me to evaluate by asking yourself these ques ons. These ques ons will help you to make 2021 the best year yet. 1. What were my goals for 2021? Where am I with these goals? Are there goals I accomplished already? Are there goals I let go of? Why? 2. Take some me to tweak your goals- which goals need to be modified? Which goals did you stop work- ing on but want to try again? What could you do dif- ferently this me? 3. What are some lessons you learned about yourself so far? How has this shi ed your life? 4. With your goals for 2021 that aren't working for you- did you not set a realis c, a ainable goal? Did you set an unrealis c me frame? Did you not pre- pare or plan for obstacles? Did you not have ac on steps? 5.Remind yourself of the "Why" behind each goal. Did you set this goal to help you grow and be the best version of yourself? The why needs to be intrin- sic and mo va ng. 6. What have I accomplished so far this year? When we can see the accomplishments, we cul vate feel- ings of pride which mo vates us to move forward. 7. How am I managing my me this year? Is me management an issue? Am I procras na ng? Remember, procras na on is not usually a sign of laziness. Procras na on can be a sign of feeling stressed and/or overwhelmed. It can be a sign we are fearful of success or failure or both. It can be that we don't know where or how to start and just need help. It can be a sign of depression. Find the root cause of your procras na on without judging it.
