The Daily Star, Oneonta, N.Y., Friday, April 16, 2021 20 By Dana Simpson TV Media National Treasures: Once again, WWE is bringing it! This time, however, "it" is a new se- ries. Tune in to A&E on Sunday, April 18, to catch the premiere of "WWE's Most Wanted Trea- sures" when it airs on the net- work. Hosted by world-famous professional wrestlers and in- dustry icons Stephanie McMa- hon and Paul "Triple H" Levesque (also her husband), "Most Wanted Treasures" brings viewers deep into the culture of the wrestling brand and its history. Over the course of the first season, Triple H and McMahon invite many of WWE's legends and heroes on to the show to search for items they made fa- mous. As fans of the franchise (and really anyone who has ever seen a commercial for a wrestling match) will know, WWE is driven by high-intensi- ty theatrics and hype both leading up to and during the faceoffs. From these head-to- head battles often come bits of memorabilia — belts, capes, masks, etc. — most of which are now mysteriously missing. "Most Wanted Treasures" sees its hosts team up with WWE's most famous faces — from Kane searching for his iconic red-and-black mask, to Jerry "The King" Lawler on the hunt for his crown and royal mantle — and travel across the country to find the items made famous by them. Beyond Kane and The King, viewers can expect to see appearances from none other than The Un- dertaker, father-daughter duo Ric and Charlotte Flair, Big Show, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Mick Foley, Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, Mark Henry, Booker T, Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Sgt. Slaughter. Pairing reality television with wrestling entertainment in the hopes of preserving these recognizable items for the future, "Most Wanted Trea- sures" is executive produced by a team that includes Ben Zi- erten ("Fight Like a Girl"), Do- lores Gavin ("Ice Road Truck- ers"), Elaine Frontain Bryant ("The First 48") as well as Mc- Mahon and Triple H them- selves. realtalk Stephanie McMahon and Paul "Triple H" Levesque host "WWE's Most Wanted Treasures" B/The Pine Shoppe 6x7.5 Oreck Vacuum Sales and Service, Bags & Belts for many other brands • Upholstery Available Oneonta's Oldest Furniture Store, Meeting Your Home Furnishing Needs for Over 45 Years!
