19 Angela Wood has been an active, well-known member at Vivalon for years. Before she retired, she was a real estate agent, and would often meet clients at the Jackson Café for lunch. So, it was a natural place for Angela to frequent after retirement. Angela is yearning for the café's re- opening, saying, "I want it to be open again because it was a meeting place for everyone. It was a happy place to be." She also used to pick up food to go. She says she truly appreciates the delicious meals prepared by Stacy Scott, saying they make for a beautiful dinner. Angela refers to Vivalon as "a great meeting place, and a place of learning." She reminisces about all the books in the lending library, and the people she would meet and converse with while she was there. She speaks fondly of her memories at Vivalon. "You never have to worry when you are at Vivalon." Dubbing Vivalon the "go-to place," Angela is eager about Vivalon's re- opening, saying, "It can't come quick enough".
