United Airlines anunció hoy que comenzará vuelos diarios entre su centro de conexiones en el Aeropuerto Internacional O'Hare en Chicago y San Juan, Puerto Rico a partir del próximo 5 de noviembre de 2013. La ruta será operada utilizando una nave Boeing 737-900 con capacidad para 20 butacas United First, 51 asientos Economy Plus y 96 asientos en cabina económica. Al mismo tiempo, la línea aérea anunció que añadirá una segunda frecuencia diaria a este vuelo para la temporada alta, comenzando el 4 de diciembre y finalizando el 5 de enero.
