The girl I have known for 32 years. During the first two months when we first met we were very close and then you moved 30 miles away. I came to see you with Dale and that was a night I will never forget. I went to school in 1983 and worked second shift so it was hard to see you. We split up because a friend said I was cheating on you, which wasn't true. Eventually you got married and had kids and I did the same. I saw you at a gas station 24 years later and we both agreed that it was a good day. We both smiled ear to ear until you asked me if I was married and your smile went away. I wish I could have given you that smile back. It hurt me to see you go. Eight years later we ran into each other again and we talked about our kids and our lives. I asked you out and you said, "No, but if we meet again it would be fate." I can't wait for that fate to happen. When I hugged you and walked away I had a tear in my eye. I left you 32 years ago and in the back of my mind it hurt inside to leave you again. Fate is one thing, but when a man feels about a woman the way I feel about you, it's hard to let it go. If I were with a woman like you I would hug her like that every day until the day I die. I am hoping that with this message, fate will happen again. No matter what choice you decide to make, I wish you the best in life. Until fate happens again... From Roger 232580010 2 • Washington County Post Retail • 5 - 26 - 13
