ADELA CEPEDA Director BMO Financial Corp A finance specialist since 1980, Cepeda advised municipalities and corporations on the structuring and execution of capital markets transactions exceeding $150 billion. In 2016, she sold her firm, A.C. Advisory Inc., to PFM, the top-ranked municipal advisor, and was managing director of PFM until 2019. She is a director of the Boards of BMO Financial Corp., the U.S. holding company for BMO Harris Bank, and a director of the UBS Funds, Pathway Mutual Funds and chairs the Mercer Mutual Funds. RAMÓN CEPEDA Senior Vice President, Managing Director The Northern Trust Company Cepeda oversees two specialty lending groups with a combined $1.9 billion portfolio: the Commercial Real Estate Group and the Professional Serviced Group. He established and manages a $1 billion portfolio of commercial real estate properties, focusing on high-net-worth real estate investors who own industrial, retail, multi-family and office properties. In addition to being executive vice president and general counsel, DeJesus is head of international business and corporate secretary for Tampico. Valle focuses on driving growth in Latin America with his extensive experience in emerging and developed markets. He joined Mondel ēz in early 2020, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience across Latin America, North America and Europe. He started his career in finance before moving into general management. In more than 20 years at Danone, he held several roles including CEO Argentina and CEO Brazil. LIZZETTE WILLIAMS Global Head of Vertical Solutions Marketing Facebook Williams is a leading marketing and advertising executive with expertise at driving the convergence of brands and culture. In 2019 she was named an Adweek innovator and Chicago Business Journal woman of influence. She was also inducted into the American Advertising Federation Advertising Hall of Achievement, the premier industry recognition for leaders under 40.
