Valentina Fonseca Krug, a na-
tive of Chile, came to the United
States at the age of 10 along with
her mother and sister.
Valentina has had a passion
for design for as long as she can
remember. She initially pursued
architecture while working for one
of the nation's largest linen rental
companies where she was expo-
sed to a variety of events types,
corporate and social.
After working with clients
who required specifically curated
designs for their various event
atmospheres, Valentina was intro-
duced to and worked with global
textile mills and realized that her
true passion was in textiles and
patterns. She shifted her focus
from architecture to business and
graduated from DePaul University
with a Bachelor's degree in Busi-
ness Administration in 2015.
Valentina is the Founder of
Lola Valentina, a Chicago and Na-
tionwide based creative studio
dedicated to the development and
production of custom made and
collection driven patterns printed
on a variety of textiles such as table
overlays and glass. She works one-
on-one with her clients to design
and produce custom patterns for
events large and small. Her ultima-
te goal is to incorporate her designs
within the interior design industry
and continue discovering ways to
assist her clients in defining the
look of their favorite spaces.
Valentina is a member of WIPA
(Wedding International Professio-
nals Association) and has styled
events for Kehoe Designs, Rafa-
nelli Events, Ron Wendt Designs,
Epic Events and Jes Gordon.
