It was Multicultural Festival held at Hardin Road Park in Forest City this past Saturday. Food, fun and enter- tainment brought out the crowd. There was also a lot of crafts and home help advice. On stage (pictured here) the gospel group “Telaneers” performed to the delight of all. This annual event keeps getting bigger every year. At the Clay Street Pool in Forest City another kid comes sliding out of the tube getting ready for a splash landing! A lifeguard is in careful attendance. Now that we are having a heat wave, the city pool has become very popular. The pool offers swim lessons both in the morning and evening.
