We have many demos and love showing customers how things work. We want you to try out the toys before you buy them. It's a very play-friendly, hands-on atmosphere. What's the most important part of your job? I love matching children to the right toy. Listening to parents talk about their kids and finding just the right thing for their child is rewarding. What is the hardest part about doing business in Las Vegas? Knowing what products to carry in the store. We have a mix of tourists and locals, so we need to balance the product mix so we meet everyone's needs. What is the best part about doing business in Las Vegas? Meeting people from all over the world. I love talking to the customers and finding out where they are from. I just wish I spoke more languages. How can Nevada improve its business climate?
