"Rosalie Waranius Vass | Light Layers: Watercolors," Jan. 16 through April 8, Saint John's On The Lake, 1840 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee. Over six decades of creative activity, Vass has developed a unique watercolor technique that involves adding layer upon layer of the delicate, translucent paint to create a vibrant surface that shimmers with color.
