elcome to the annual Who's Who in Real Estate
section in the Santa Cruz Sentinel. As Santa Cruz
County residents, we are both blessed, and cursed
with having the Silicon Valley, the Pacific Ocean, and a
major university all within a few miles to our homes. which leads to a
desirable place to live.
With such a unique real estate market in our county, it's always
important to not only have the up to date market specific details, but
it's also important to know who is helping you manuever this unique
region.
Buying or selling a home is THE biggest transaction most of us will
ever make so having the right knowledge is essential.
My thanks as always to the Santa Cruz County Association of
REALTORS (SCCAR) for providing us great content, including the
latest stats as well as some great updates on philanthropic events the
association has been a part of this year.
A big thanks to current SCCAR president Seb Frey for his insightful
article as well.
Besides realtors, there are so many other folks that are a part of the
home buying / selling experience as well and we wanted to include
