General Engineering Contractor: A general engineering contractor whose principle contracting business is in connection with fixed works requiring specialized engineer- ing knowledge and skill.
General Building Contractor: A general contractor is a contractor whose principle contracting business is in connection with any structure built, being built, or to be built.
Specialty Contractor: A specialty contractor is a contractor whose operations as such are the performance construction work requiring special skill and whose principle contracting business involves that of specializing building trades or crafts.
