The work done by the team of people in that building is meant to be attention-grabbing, however. Originally home to the Morgan Door Window and Sash company in the early 1900s, three brothers purchased it in the 1940s. The business of the three brothers? Exhibitions. Consumer expe- riences such as exhibitions and tradeshows continue to be the lifeblood of Czarnowski as a busi- ness today. Zach Nagle, Chief Sustainabi- lity Officer, whose grandfather purchased the business from the Czarnowskis in the late 60s, describes what he and his team accomplish: "It's like throwing a party for 20,000 people on behalf of our clients. We want the party to start at the right time, the food to come out at the same time, and the music and ambiance to be right." Nagle's grandfather passed when he was young, but he's been told his grandfather was a desig- ner, inventor and creator. Czarnowski hasn't strayed far from its previous owner's pas- sions.
