Oshins received a juris doctorate from St. John's School of Law and earned a masters of business administration in taxation with honors from the University of California at Berkeley. Oshins, managing partner Oshins & Associates LLC Oshins has played a pivotal role in getting some of the most valuable trust and creditor protection laws passed in Nevada. During the 2001 legislative session, he co-authored a law for limited liability companies and limited partnerships making a charging order the exclusive remedy for a judgment creditor under Nevada law.
