24 ��� Milwaukee Post ��� January 4, 2013 BUSINESS BRIEFS Brady Corp. acquires Precision Dynamics MILWAUKEE ��� Brady Corp. has acquired Precision Dynamics Corp. for $300 million cash. The Milwaukee-based company announced Friday it purchased PDC from Water Street Healthcare Partners, a strategic private equity firm focused exclusively on the health care industry, according to a news release. The acquisition is subject to customary working capital and post-close adjustments, according to the release. PDC has annual sales of approximately $173 mil- lion. PDC, founded in 1956, is based in Valencia, Calif., and employs approximately 1,000 people globally, according to the release. It has manufacturing facilities in Tijuana, Mexico and Port Orange, Fla., and a European sales office with light manufacturing in Nivelles, Belgium. Police seeking clues for missing man Post Staff As of Wednesday, the Milwaukee Police Department was looking for clues in the disappearance of Kettle Moraine High School graduate Nick Wilcox, 24. He was last seen in the 1000 block of North Old World Third Street between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. Tuesday .
