My name is F.J. Schofield and I have been trained in NUCCA; an advanced form of chiropractic that is precise and gentle. I used to use the diversified technique to adjust my patients. The diversified technique twists and cracks the neck with the patient lying on their back. To perform the NUCCA adjustment, the doctor uses his/her hands and applies an extremely light pressure to center the head over the neck. This un-kinks the spine and fixes the overall alignment of the human body. Because we walk on two legs, having your head centered over your neck is crucial for muscles, joints and nerves to function normally.
