Submitted Photo PIKE CENTRAL STUDENTS COMPETE IN VOCAL STATE SOLO AND ENSEMBLE CONTEST Vincennes man arrested on OVWI charge Sunday A Vincennes man was ar- rested for drunken driving at about 2 a.m. Sunday morn- ing near Arthur. Trey Wel- ton, 26, was arrested by In- diana State Trooper Chase Eaton on a charge of oper- ating a vehicle while intoxi- cated. Trooper Eaton said at 1:42 a.m., he noticed a vehi- cle parked on Royalty Road, which is at the east end of CR 475 S. (Number Seven Road). When he stopped to check on the vehicle, he found the driver to be impaired. Wel- ton tested 0.10 percent blood alcohol content. The legal limit in Indiana is 0.08 per- cent.
