This is given to a team that shows special attributes. They have exemplary efforts and perseverance at the event. The judges feel the team is deserving of special recognition. PES Robotics Team B Pink Power won the De- sign Award at the Newburgh Rumble VEX ro- botics competition. This is their second time to win the design award. This is an award for hav- ing an excellent engineering notebook, robot de- sign, and interview with the judges. The team can clearly explain the design process and how they documented it. Students can explain game strate- gies and how robot design was selected. Students demonstrate a high level of teamwork, fluency, and courtesy.
