In all, they have a total of 34 rides (12 are for kids and 22 are for adults). The attendance for the overall fair has increased over the last couple of years. With these numbers, the most popular ride is the Drop Zone. For the Tehama County Fair, the age and height requirement is three years and 36 inches tall to ride any ride. 'College Monday' is a national movement across the country to bring the awareness of college choices to students and to increase the number of graduates that leave high school to attend a college. On September 24 a Chico State admissions counselor was on campus and provided information for seniors about furthering their education. 'College Monday' will include an This year's Homecoming theme will be "Spartans Go for Gold." Homecoming week will begin Oct. 22, and end on Oct. 26 with football games against Paradise. The Homecoming Queen Nominees are the following: Sarah Brown, Kelly Cave, Riley Graham, Lexi Mitchell, Laurel Shoop, and Rachel Ward. Homecoming Queens activity at lunch hosted by counselors on the last Monday of every month. Games have been put together such as 'CSU Bingo' which serves as a purpose to teach about the 23 CSU's in California for Red Bluff High students. This past week on September 25 the 'Institute of Fashion and Design' was a visitor on campus for potential students. On November 5 the Pacific University of Oregon will be on campus and will provide information regarding the university. College night, or "Junior/ Senior Night" in Red Bluff will be hosted on October 16. The following day the PSAT or Preliminary Assesment Test will be available for students for 14 Scholastic dollars. 'College Monday' serves not only as a fun experience for students and faculty members but it will broaden horizons for students at Red Bluff High so they can reach all of their goals at a higher education. Eighteen students are arriving ftom Austra, while only twelve will be heading to Austria in spring. Due to their arrival time, the Austrians will miss Homecoming this year. Red Bluff High School's own Kellie Rodriquez will be performing on the Midway Stage Saturday at three thirty and six thirty, then again on Sunday at three thirty and five thirty. Godfrey the Magician will perform at six and eight tonight, four, six and eight tomorrow, and at three, five, and eight Sunday; all performances will be held on the Kerstien's Stage. The Red Bluff Outlaw racing will be tonight in the Main area at six, the truck and tractor pull will be tomorrow at seven, and the championship Destruction Derby will be at six.
