The gala celebrates the partnerships and relationships that make the Baptist strong. The Legendary Leader award was given to Joyce and Joaquin Bacardi of Milton. More than 380 guests attended the cocktail reception and exhibit, and were entertained by Lil Phunk, the official junior dance team of the Boston Celtics. Friends and supporters of the Schwartz Center participated in the tournament to raise money for agency programs, with all proceeds benefiting education, therapy, and medical care for children with disabilities and special healthcare needs in southeastern Massachusetts. Boston Common's Publisher Glen Kelley joined Tom Clarke, Sean Clarke, and Chris Parker for the tournament.
