Left: Kaylee Gray, Miss Pike County 2017, was in attendance at the Otwell 4th of July Parade. Horace Dillon rode in a 1924 Model T in Otwell and was a Grand Marshal. C. J. Meadors was a Grand Marshal of the Otwell Fourth of July Parade. Roger Craig announced the entries in the 4th of July Parade from the re- viewing stand, with Pep Young assisting.
