Connecting the Longwood medical area, Fenway, and Back Bay, the development will cater to "the luxury resident looking for something edgier," says Leslie Cohen, principal and COO of broker Samuels & Associates. The Stats: One hundred and nine condos and 240 luxury rentals, four elevators, 30 stories. The Design: Interiors by CBT Architects, with Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances in the condos and GE Profile in the apartments. Exterior by Arquitectonica.
