Since 2010, she has been dressing Aspen's finest from head to toe in her shop's coveted wares from designers like Elizabeth & James and Philanthropy. "This winter, it's about layering your favorite pieces," says Davis. Her go-to look? A Herno vest under a Le Marque leather jacket. BY LISA FERRANDINO Snow bunny: Gal-about-town Holly Davis (LEFT) warms up with L'Hostaria's (BELOW RIGHT) hearty Italian fare—and with Inverni cashmere hats from her boutique, O2 Aspen (BOTTOM RIGHT), while skiing or hiking Independence Pass (INSET BELOW). cold-shoulder silk blouse. "It's the perfect piece for winter and spring," she says—and well worth the actual cold shoulders. When it's time to hit the slopes with her daughter, Olivia, Davis opts for an Inverni cashmere hat from O2 and Autherie ski pants. To top off the look, she suggests sticking with the on-mountain trend of the season: "a camo jacket from Sam." For activewear, "O2 Aspen Studio & Spa is the place to go," she says, recommending Ultracor's leggings— again in camo—when hiking trails, like her personal favoritess, Buttermilk Mountain and Independence Pass. But off-mountain is where Davis usually winds down. When taking a much-needed break, she can be found at L'Hostaria, enjoying a filet at Steakhouse No. 316, or ordering her favorite dish, penne with rock shrimp, from Mezzaluna. And her ultimate escape? "I enjoy just being at home, curled up with a blanket and a glass of wine." Cheers to that! 605 E.
