The event, which serves as a major fundraiser for the hospice's uncompensated care program, was hosted by Brad Garrett and featured a keynote speech by Vegas-based restaurateur Elizabeth Blau, as well as a fashion show spotlighting Etro's Fall 2016 collection. PICNIC BY DESIGN Just in time for spring, the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA) and the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada joined forces to host the second annual Picnic by Design at Symphony Park. The Parasols in the Park-themed event included a showing of over-the-top picnic baskets created by local designers, plus live entertainment, lawn games, and picnic-style fare from a variety of nearby restaurants.
