Two convenient locations. Lyceum Health &
Fitness Club, at the center of Long Beach Island,
offers a cardio studio and three full rooms of
weight training equipment (including one for
women only) in a kick back beach-like atmo-
sphere. Lyceum II was named "Best Down the
Shore" by Philadelphia Magazine. Located just over
the bridge off Route 72 in Manahawkin, it provides
a unique, upscale ambience. Refresh and reinvigo-
rate by working out in a magnificent spa-like envi-
ronment. Five lines of weight training equipment,
free weights, an ample and assorted selection of
cardio machines (each with own TV attached),
and private "New Life Fitness for Women" stu-
dio. Group Fitness classes include Yoga, Pilates,
Zumba, Cardio Kickbox, Step, and more. Saunas.
Professional Personal Training is available at both
