Main Street, Red Bluff Open: 530-727-6057 4:00am- 10:00pm 'Dumb Ways to Die 2' entertains Gabriel Hale Staff Writer This is a great read that will prepare you for college! 'Captain America: Civil War' shows 'Beating the College Debt Trap: 'Slither.io' agitates users "It gives a clear explanation of how paying for college works and how you can be on a solid financial foundation after graduation." 'Slither.io' is a game that is strongly related to 'Agario'. This is developed by Lowtech Enterprises. This is an online game that you could play with millions and millions of people around the world. You control the snake and make it eat little circles that make it get bigger and bigger. But there's a twist. As it gets bigger it goes slower. It has more power but it is very slow. There is one difference be- tween this game and 'Agario'. The difference is if you hold the space bar in Agario you shoot little energy growth balls. 'Dumb Ways to Die 2' is an incredibly enjoyable game to play in order to pass the time, or if you are just extremely bored. It is entertaining, and it is slightly challenging during some of the games. 'Dumb Ways to Die 2' is unlike some other games that are mindless and repetitive, so it keeps you entertained and happy. Even if you play the same level over and over again, it switches the order of the games. There are different levels and different stages to each level. You have little activities to play that range from not licking a pole from the South Pole to keeping the train doors open, so your hands don't get smashed. You ride a train to different stations, and then play the games included at each station. The map has super cute titles for all the train stations, like Dumbdome, Camp Catastrophe, and the Dumbgeon. The game has funny little pieces in it, like the ways you die or the way the cartoon people in the game look. When you die, it'll say things like "share your death" or "you're in the bottom eighty percent." There are several cartoons in each section of the game, and it's adorable how they each have their own characters involved and extremely stupid ways of dying. You can fall into a river, catch on fire, play music off beat and get attacked by bears, and so much more. 'Dumb Ways to Die 2' does not require wifi, so you can conveniently play it wherever you want. It is fun to play to pass time or just because you're bored. The music is fun to listen to, and it is catchy. Overall, it is a good game, and it is incredibly entertaining if that's what you need, and it is the type of game you enjoy. I would recommend this game to anybody that complains of boredom time and time again or goes places often enough to be waiting in the car for a plethora of time or buildings for doctors a lot. In 'Slither.io' if you hold the space bar your snake lights up and glows and goes fast and eventually the engery runs out. Then you have to eat more energy growth balls to get that power back. This game is very creepy. The fact that they had to use snakes is just weird to me. Not only is this game trying to copy Agario but it is doing a very creepy bad job. I did not like this game for the simple fact that it was weird and copy- ing something else. I did not like the original game. This game is so much worse than the original. Slither.io make Agario look at least a little appealing. Even though both of these games suck. Slither.io is also poorly made. The website is so much like the other one that it is just the worse thing. I completely hated this game with all my might. If you liked 'Agario' I suggest this game for you. But if you did not like Agario I suggest you stay far away from this Slither.io. This game is on the apple store, google play store, and on the computer. 'Captain America: Civil War' is an extremely amazing movie where Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) has a personal Vendetta to find and take out Captain America (Chris Evans) and his team. The whole reason Iron Man gained this vendetta is because Captain America went rogue to help his best friend Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan). Also, the government is releasing a system of accountability for all of the collateral damage they have done. This is what really drives a wedge between the two teams. Captain America believes he shouldn't sign for the release because he believes that superheroes should remain free to help the world without the government having any say in it. But Iron Man believes that they should be overseen and that government should put him in check, so they have a big debate over it and later begin fighting about it for justice. The movie just came out last weekend and it is rated PG-13. Out of all of the reviews, Captain America: Civil War got a 91% from Rotten Tomatoes, a 7.8/10 from IGN.com, and a 5/5 from With the cost of higher education, going up much faster than the rate of inf lation, is going to college worth it? Absolutely, but going into overwhelming debt is not. 'Beating the College Debt Trap: Getting a Degree w i t h o u t Going Broke' by Alex Chediak is an inspiring book about how to complete your college degree without becoming broke in the process. It's an easy read of only 233 pages. It gives a clear explanation of how paying for college works and how you can be on a solid financial foundation after graduation and not have to face a decade or more of debt repayment. The book is broken down into nine common college debt traps along with advice and resources on how to avoid them. He covers such topics as whether a four year college is really necessary, if it's worth it to pay a fortune for prestige, whether a bachelors degree can lead to a rewarding career and gives depth and insight into all of the forms of financial aid. Almost half, forty-four percent, of those who start off at four year colleges or universities haven't graduated six years later. In California, the average debt of college graduates in 2014 was $21,382. Fifty-five percent of them graduated with accumulated debt. The debt that they aquire over time will stay with them into their thirties or even forties; however long it takes for them to pay it off. Chediak tells kids that are ready to get out of the house that renting an apartment or living on campus in a dorm isn't the best route you can take. It adds so many more expenses to the already expensive cost of college. He also states that you need to make sure your college isn't trying to sell you fun and amusement instead of a quality education. "Is academics important, or is the social scene front and center," he questions. You don't want to end up paying for entertainment rather than a chance at a good paying job and a future. It also gives you a good understanding about student loans. He explains how to avoid it and what to do to get out of its traps. Before you head to college or even decide whether or not to attend college, you need to play.google.com 'Slither.io' is a multiplayer strategy game developed by Maxi Kroneis, which was also released on March 25, 2016. CinemaBlend. It is obviously true that 'Captain America: Civil War' is a really good movie.
