Renderings from TKWA UrbanLab, a division of The Kubala Washatko Architects, were unveiled during a press con- ference Monday. Those renderings include three major concepts for the development: large-scale office space, a grocery store and an urban marketplace, according to a news release from the new owners. Others involved in the design team for the project are Colliers International, Mid America Real Estate Group and NEWaukee. Since acquiring the property at the end of last year, the Haggero Group has worked with the design team to create a mixed-use devel- opment plan that positions the struggling mall as a premier desti- nation by responding to the wide variety of West Wisconsin Avenue users — tourists, office workers, residents and students, the news release said.
