BONJOUR, ROSALLIE! The rustic flavors of southern France find a home in Las Vegas at Rosallie Le French Café, a charming coffee shop that's elevated the Spring Valley food scene since quietly debuting in fall 2015. Owner Jonathan Pluvinet carries on a family tradition stateside—his parents opened the original Rosallie restaurant in Nice, France, in 1983—bringing with him a mouthwatering range of authentic breads and pastries (think chocolate croissants and macarons), fresh soups and salads, and hearty sandwiches. The star of Pluvinet's menu is the Sud, a prosciutto and red pepper-stuffed sandwich on house-made country bread, although the café's beverage offerings, including premium French press coffees, espres- sos, and a variety of loose-leaf teas, also shouldn't be missed. Bon appétit! 6090 S. Rainbow Blvd., 702-998-4121; rosallie.com Hot stuff! A variety of French pastries await you at Rosallie Le French Cafe. SCENE TREND
