Relaxation runs deep By Bryon Burruss Local legend has it that in early Red Bluff the waters were so full of salmon that you could cross from one bank of the Sacramento River to the other by walking on the backs of the fish. While it might not be quite as easy as reaching down and plucking out your catch anymore, casting a line in some quiet waters on a pleasant afternoon is still a very popular pastime for anyone looking to wind down, get back to nature, bond with friends or even fill a frying pan.
