Many popular music spots participated, including the Millworks, Cornerstone Coffeehouse, the Abbey Bar, H*MAC, Zeroday Brewing, River City Blues Club and Midtown Scholar Bookstore (pictured). 3Rd IN THe BuRg Harsh winter weather took a break last month just in time to accommodate fans of Harrisburg's monthly arts event. e Governor's Residence opened for its first 3rd in the Burg, with other highlights including a reception for "e Burg 2" exhibit at Gallery@ Second and the opening of "e Pennsylvania Impressionists" at the Susquehanna Art Museum.
