By KATHERINE MICHALETS Conley News Service MILWAUKEE — Downtown Milwaukee will get another tall build- ing to grace its skyline — this time con- taining a mixture of upscale residen- tial apartments, retail stores and park- ing space for the workers of the new Northwestern Mutual office tower cur- rently under construction. The company announced Monday its plans to construct a 33-story build- ing adjacent to the new 32-story down- town Milwaukee campus, which is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2017. According to the announce- ment, the development is estimated at more than $100 million and will be built on property the company owns on the block bounded by North Van Buren, North Jackson, East Mason and East Wells streets.
