Sabina Manzini Resource Books for Foster Children 2011 Gold Award Recipient Sabina discovered that more than 3,000 children in the Nevada foster care system had no comprehensive resource to guide them through the system. Sabina worked with lawyers from the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada to produce a resource booklet to empower foster care children, ages 11-18, to understand their rights and take action.
