BALLET DANCERS MINGLED with society doyennes at Boston Ballet's 2015 Camellia Ball, where Val Caniparoli's Lady of the Camellias inspired the dramatic chandeliers and candlelit tables. More than 500 guests enjoyed an intimate perfor- mance by the company and music from a string quartet the rest of the evening. Chaired by Eve Rounds, Carol Friscia, and Ellen Slaby, the event raised $1.6 million for Boston Ballet's educational programs.
