EPICUR EAN CHAR ITABLE FOUNDATION HOSTED its
annual Mentorship Matters dinner at the restaurant
Crossroads, inside Mandalay Bay's House of Blues. Guests
enjoyed drinks and dinner as several of ECF's most loyal
donors were recognized for their efforts in expanding the
foundation's mentorship and scholarship initiatives, which
provide valuable career opportunities to local students
interested in hospitality and the culinary arts.
