Entries must pertain to the Holiday Season or the theme "Christmas in Oconomowoc". 2. No Santas… only helpers are allowed in the parade. One Santa is permitted in the parade, and he will be contracted by the Oconomowoc Breakfast Kiwanis Club. 3. CANDY MUST NOT BE THROWN to spectators for safety considerations. City officials cannot stress this fact enough. Candy must be distributed by hand only to individuals. 4. THE PARADE WILL START ON TIME! If you are not ready, another unit will be sent ahead of you. 5. Registration deadline is Nov. 15, 2014. You will be contacted regarding your line-up number. Line-up will take place on Oakwood Avenue. Competition Guidelines 1. CRITERIA Originality, relevance to the theme and overall appeal. 2. There are two categories, Business and Non-profit 3.
