She uses Nikon cameras and is a supporting member of the Tehama County Photo Club. Julie Zeeb is a Northern California native who loves writing, photography and reading good books. Born and raised in Redding, she moved to Red Bluff in 2009 and is a former reporter for the Red Bluff Daily News. She now works as a Park Aide at the William B Ide Adobe State Historical Park. Faydra Rector, MA, is a mental health administrator, author, public speaker, educator, and life coach who lives in Red Bluff. She is committed to Tehama County's future through involvement in higher education initiatives, community development efforts and creative ways to showcase the many destination jewels it has to offer. photographers and birders around the Refuge on one Saturday a month from September to April (advanced reservations required). Some mornings I would be heading out solo to a reserved photography blind on the Delevan or Colusa units. But this year I will be hitting the Auto Tour route on either the Sacramento or the Colusa units. This year the drought will definitely impact how local photographers and bird enthusiasts use the many areas of the Complex.
