Providers include independent physicians/clinics, skilled nursing homes, home health, hospice, DME, lab and other ancillary types. Other responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with providers and internal partners and functioning as the single point-of- contact for on-going provider contractual and service issues. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field, with 2+ years of experience in Provider/Payer contracting/negotiations and relations. In-depth knowledge of physician, facility and ancillary reimbursement methodologies a requirement. General understanding of contract language and legalese. Working knowledge of Clinical Integration as it relates to health plan contracting.
