Prior CNC exposure is helpful. Candidates must be able to work with little or no supervision and display a keen sense of urgency. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task is crucial; actual work assignments may vary. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or ISO 9001:2008 is desired.
